Thank you for shopping with Authority House.

We sell digital products, including ebooks, guides, templates, and other downloadable content. Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, our refund policy differs from that of physical merchandise.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Digital Product Purchases

All products sold through Authority House are digital downloads delivered electronically after payment is successfully completed.

No physical products are shipped.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned.


Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally considered final.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read the product description before purchase

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference

  • Purchasing the wrong product

  • Lack of compatibility with software or devices not listed as supported

  • Failure to use or download the purchased product


EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you may normally have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days.

However, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Request immediate access to the digital content;

  • Consent to immediate performance of the contract; and

  • Acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Delivery begins immediately after payment when download access is provided.


Exceptions

We may provide a refund, replacement, or alternative solution at our sole discretion if:

  • The purchased file is corrupted or inaccessible;

  • The product was not delivered successfully;

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error;

  • A technical issue on our side prevents access to the purchased content and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

In such cases, customers must contact us within 14 days of purchase.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your purchase, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with:

  • Download issues

  • File access problems

  • Corrupted files

  • Product delivery errors


Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to purchased products while the dispute is under review.
