By purchasing or accessing Digital Content from Authority House, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Refund Policy.

Nature of Digital Products

All products sold by Authority House are digital products delivered electronically.

No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Claim ownership of Authority House content;

  • Use Digital Content for unlawful purposes.

Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of Digital Content may constitute copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Digital Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, designs, branding, layouts, educational materials, and downloadable resources, is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted to customers remain reserved by Authority House.

Download Availability

Customers are encouraged to download purchased Digital Content promptly after purchase.

While Authority House may provide ongoing access to purchased content, we do not guarantee permanent storage or indefinite download availability.

Customers are responsible for maintaining backup copies of purchased files.

Product Updates

From time to time, Authority House may update, revise, improve, or replace Digital Content.

Unless otherwise stated, purchase of a product does not guarantee access to future versions, updates, or additional materials.

Authority House may provide updates at its sole discretion.

Technical Support

If customers experience issues accessing purchased Digital Content, Authority House will make reasonable efforts to assist with:

  • Missing download links;

  • Corrupted files;

  • Delivery issues;

  • Access problems caused by technical errors on our side.

Support does not include device-specific training, software troubleshooting unrelated to the product, or third-party software support.

EU Consumer Information

If you are located within the European Union, you acknowledge that Digital Content is supplied electronically and that delivery generally begins immediately after purchase.

By completing a purchase, you:

  • Request immediate access to the Digital Content;

  • Consent to immediate performance of the contract; and

  • Acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Authority House's liability shall be limited as set forth in our Terms of Service.
